Omega Market Shipping Standards

Logistics define the experience. Vendors post estimated timelines based on origin and destination. A package sent from Germany to Canada typically moves in eight to twelve days. Local deliveries within Europe often complete in three to five. These figures appear directly on the product listing under the shipping tab. Read them before you buy.

Regional Filters

The search bar includes a location filter. Set it to your country to exclude vendors who do not ship to your region. Ignoring this setting wastes time browsing items you cannot receive. Many vendors restrict shipments due to local postal regulations or insurance costs. If the filter hides a popular item, no special arrangement exists. The listing applies to everyone equally.

Tracking and Proof

Tracking numbers appear in the order details once the vendor marks the item as sent. Copy this number into a global tracker service to monitor movement. The market itself does not pull real time carrier data. You must verify status externally. When the carrier confirms delivered, the clock starts. For physical goods, escrow releases automatically ten days after this status change. Digital goods follow a stricter rule: seventy two hours after dispatch triggers release.

Packets and Privacy

Vendors should send a PGP encrypted packet containing the tracking number and shipping label photo. Decrypt this using your own PGP key to ensure authenticity. Do not rely solely on the screenshot embedded in the order feed. A manipulated image proves nothing. The encrypted packet serves as tamper proof evidence during disputes. If a vendor fails to provide this document, open a case immediately. The absence of encrypted proof weakens their position significantly.
